Welcome! I’m an assistant professor of Economics in the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. My research lies at the intersection of international economics, technology, and policy. My papers have been recognized with the 2024 Philippe Martin Award by Sciences Po and CEPR and the 2020 Essay Award for Young Economists by the WTO.
I received a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Harvard University and a A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
